COMFORT GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
THE BED ROOM COMFORT GUARANTEE
A mattress purchase is a big commitment (you and your bed are going to spend a lot of time together), and we want to make sure you are confident in your decision. This is why we offer a limited Comfort Guarantee—a little bit of insurance to ensure you can get it “just right.” To qualify for this guarantee:

We require you to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 14 nights (to allow your body enough time to adjust and adapt to your new mattress).

You must purchase a mattress protector from The Bed Room and keep it on the mattress throughout the trial period.
If you aren’t satisfied with the comfort of your mattress within 4 weeks from the date of delivery, we will exchange your mattress for another option of the same size. The rules of the exchange are as follows:

This is a one-time exchange only.

You must inform The Bed Room about your desire to exchange between 14 and 28 days from the time you receive the bed delivered.

You must pay the price difference (plus sales tax) on the exchange, if applicable, plus a $150 re-delivery fee.

If you select a lower-priced mattress, we will issue you a store credit for the difference.

The mattress must be returned free of stains or any damage.

The exchange only applies to mattresses. Foundations such as box springs, adjustable bases, etc. are excluded.

This guarantee does not apply to floor-model mattresses. All floor-model mattress sales are final.

Vispring offers its own comfort promise, independent of The Bed Room’s comfort exchange. You can find all the information about it here.
RETURN POLICY
It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from The Bed Room. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds on any items purchased at The Bed Room. However, we do offer in-store credit on many (not all) item returns, provided that the following conditions are met.

You may return items purchased off-the-shelf (gift shop items, sheets, linens, pillows, blankets, throws, bath linens, etc.) for in-store credit as long as:

The item is unused and unopened from its original packaging.

The item is returned no later than 3 business days after the day of purchase.

All special ordered items—items we order from our vendors specially for your purchase (including drop-ship orders)—are final sales, and no returns are allowed.

All clearance, liquidation, or floor-model sales are final sales, and no returns are allowed.
